Your journey into Retail Leadership
The Level 4 Retail Manager Level 4 is a great developmental programme if you manage teams and have targets, working with a wide variety of people as part of your job at Iceland.
This programme will help you develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to become effective leaders and drive measurable improvements in business performance through robust planning, development of teams and effective communication.
Scotland and Wales learners ONLY - Your programme is not eligible for UK funding, but an alternative opportunity is being provided to you. You will be able complete the programme along with all other Iceland colleagues but will be exempt from completing the End Point Assessment (EPA) and your functional skills. Additionally, you will receive a fully accredited qualification at the end of the programme.
