Leadership Apprenticeships, Level 3 and Level 4, nominations will need to book onto a taster session where we can answer any of your questions and run through the expectations of the apprenticeship.

Level 2 nominations will be given access to complete an introductory module.

For Level 5, we will be in touch separately with your Head of Store.

ELIGIBILITY

You must have a conversation with your manager about wanting to start and of the apprenticeship programmes, ensuring you are in the right job role.

You must be working at least 16 hours a week, have lived in the UK for the last 3 years and not be or due to be enrolled onto any other form of education or external training.

We will need approval from your line manager and you need to be able to commit to the workshops and online learning for the next 13 months.

WELCOME

Once you have passed through the eligibility checks and completed the BKSB initial assessments, we will welcome you on to the programme.
