The Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship is designed for individuals starting or progressing in a career in retail. It focuses on developing practical skills and knowledge for working in a retail environment, and it provides a solid foundation for career progression in the retail sector.
The apprenticeship is great for those who are eager to learn on the job, gain hands-on experience, and improve their skills in areas like customer service, product knowledge and retail operations.
Scotland and Wales learners ONLY - Your programme is not eligible for UK funding, but an alternative opportunity is being provided to you. You will be able to complete the programme along with all other Iceland colleagues but will be exempt from completing the End Point Assessment (EPA) and your functional skills. Additionally, you will receive a fully accredited qualification at the end of the programme.
