SCL Skills is an organisation that is built to develop people and teams who perform beyond the standard.
OUR STORY
HUMAN PERFORMANCE. REAL IMPACT.
We are redefining how apprenticeships are delivered across four key sectors, Enterprise & Professional Services, Education, Sport and Retail.
Working with over 80 clients as their apprenticeship partners, we understand that successful business performance is built on people and their ability to grow, develop and perform.
Our organisation is built on a 20-year diverse history within the world of sport helping people to develop skills for the future.
We don’t just train for qualifications, we build capability that drives human performance in real environments. We are passionate about developing people and teams who perform beyond the standard.
We deliver apprenticeship programmes in a variety of disciplines from Level 2 to Level 6 across the UK.
