The Level 3 Retail Team Leader programme is perfect if you are at the start of your career in management, or if you are in a role and want to develop skills to take you to the next level.
This programme will help you to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required when leading a team to complete tasks, identify and explore opportunities that drive sales, making sure team members maintain business standards around merchandising, service and promotional activity, in line with the relevant process and procedures.
Scotland and Wales learners ONLY - Your programme is not eligible for UK funding, but an alternative opportunity is being provided to you. You will be able complete the programme along with all other Iceland colleagues but will be exempt from completing the End Point Assessment (EPA) and your functional skills. Additionally, you will receive a fully accredited qualification at the end of the programme.
