The Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship is designed for individuals who want to develop their coaching skills to work effectively with individuals or teams in a workplace setting. It focuses on building expertise in coaching techniques, communication and leadership, helping apprentices to become skilled coaches who can inspire and guide others to achieve their goals.
